[freeciv-data] Amusing ambiguity in English

I am doing a Russian translation of certain messages by running them first
trough a translation program and then fixing them by hand.

Here's an amusing result I got, when translating "unless you have UN
wonder". It translated more or less like "unless you force UN to wonder":)

Machine translation would never resolve such ambiguities, I guess:)
