In the classes.rulset file you have :

indian          real ancient modern asia white indian_ocean
                                       __^^^^^--

Whatever Indians are racially, they are not white. Frankly speaking,
Indians in general can not be put in any of the racial groupings you
are using. Some are white, some are yellow (or more precisely,
mongoloid) but the overwhelming majority is a mixture of a large
number of races. If you insist on having a racial group for each (real)
nation, you can possibly use south asian.
