Your settings don't work for me anymore :(

It gives a different warning though:
1: Tile at Lecce->2,2 marked as worked but occupied by an enemy unit!

I will run some more auto-games...

Per's savegame is even worse, it asserts:
civserver: sanitycheck.c:316: check_units: Assertion 
`get_transporter_occupancy(punit) <= get_transporter_capacity(punit)' failed.

Should I report it as a separate bug?
