        IMHO, not natively.
        It is possible for the server to send it more information to allow
cheating.  (Full map knowledge, full city knowledge, etc.)  That
limitation would be maintained server-side, though.  The client would
simply make the best use of the information it is given, whether that
information is restricted to the proper set that any player should know or
not.
