John & John
Well the 'LED' on the monitor turns from 'green' power to 'yellow' or
standby mode when this happens..for the time of the 'blink'.??

It would be over all cheaper to replace the full case+power supply with a
'standard' size set-up than just the HP "Branded" power supply if I could
find a case that would meet my needs.

I know the system has had some power troubles from some time due to.. when I
installed a USB2.0 card I could not use all the ports with out the computer
rebooting... the card has four external ports and could use three (did not
matter which three as I can move the cable around), but plug in a fourth USB
device and the computer reboots..
