This sounds good to me. Actually, I recall complaining both about the
unsuitability of the WSU rooms for presentations and the desirability
of a LCD projector; also for ganging up short presentations, and for
preparing them ahead of time in a format that we can reuse. I think
that the appropriate technology and space will make it more rewarding
to put some time into presentations.

BTW, what are the Linux alternatives to Powerpoint?
