Yes, and we could do more minor topics and not feel like we have to be
able to fill an hour with one topic.

The LCD is just a VGA connector that anyone could hook a laptop up to.
There was talk that we could have a dedicated computer set up for Linux
presentations. We would have internet access also. 

Another benefit of changing locations is that we wouldn't have to work
around school holidays and such.

My idea of a social club just means that we'd gather to discuss things
with no particular topic in mind beforehand. We'd still have a regular
meeting location and time. As far as the Eagle goes, I'm not sure we
could have food.  But if we're meeting at the Eagle we could always
decide to cut the meeting short and go to Torrie's. :-)
