[aclug-L] OT: Mower Reapir Needed

OK I don't know for sure that happened...

I have a eight+ years old 'Murray' 38" riding mower which seems to of 
"FROZEN UP".. it has a 12hp Briggs and Stranton engine

Here is the chain of events....

Tilted on side to change mower blade{s]

After changing blades allowed mower to sit for 30 minutes to allow oil to 
drain back into crank case...

Checked oil level and it read fine.

Mower started up and was ruining just fine ... mowed for about five feet.. 
when all of a sudden...

White smoke came poring out of the housing and the engine stopped dead...

I can not 'crank over' the engine..

Do not have tools to try to repair myself....
