I was once asked to put together and install a computer for someone and a guy 
gave me a case that had this problem. The roaches were dead when I got it, 
but it sure grossed me out trying to clean it up. After all the work of 
cleaning on it, guess what...the power supply didn't work right. I don't know 
if the roaches had anything to do with that or not. I gave it back...
