OK,
I guess that I am going to have to ask exactly where you read that Klez
has infected "LINUX, UNIX & OS/10 machines". Just because an e-mail has
passed through a Linux, UNIX, or OSX, hosted Mail Transfer Agent (MTA),
one should not deduct that an MTA has beed infected. Both Sendmail and
Fetchmail can easily be classified as MTAs and not Mail User Agents
(MUA). The infection and propagation of Klez occurs in MUAs. The other
reason that I question this is because of the name of the virus...
"W32.Klez". I am pretty sure that they named it that for one reason
only. That reason is left as an exercise for the reader.
