But are you running a server over your DSL line?  RoadRunner in Wichita
has (last I heard) a no-servers policy.  DSL doesn't, or at least will
sell you static IP's (both SWB and SouthWind will) specifically for doing
so.  (I don't know about the policy toward running a server off of a
potentially dynamic IP.)
