In the strictest sense it is the source code that makes up the kernel
and nothing more.  So, anything the kernel source can be ported to,
compiled for, and run on, runs Linux.  Now whether those devices
support such things as filesystems, shells, and apps as we know them 
is another matter.

Of course, this is an answer from one who's only played with Linux 
on Intel PC hardware. :)
