a few things. 

The pengiuns don't look like much like the tradition picture of Tux

and as someone else said the plane is a lot bigger then Tux, I think it
would be better the other way around

the image is on a black background, the logo needs to work on a white
background

and its 39k 888x673 final image size should be 200x75 pixels, with a
file size no larger
than 10k.

you might also want to put ACLUG or Air Capital Linux Users Group in the
logo somewhere

and a personal thing, I think Tux should be wearing flight goggles :)
