If you don't need AGP support, get an FIC VA-503+ (AT) or FIC PA-2013 (ATX). 
They work great, but do have problems with AGP.  If you need AGP (I doubt
you do for a headless server =), DFI makes the board I'm using now.  I don't
remember the exact model number, but I can get it for you if you need it.
