Thanks. rrlogind-sv has a sample configuration file, which suggested a viable
name for the missing login server: logon-server@xxxxxxxxxxx

The sample also suggested a different port number, but rrlogind-2.32's hard-
coded 7770 does seem to work. I am still using rrlogind-2.32. Didn't have to
dig into the differences between it and rrlogind-sv.

The next issue on the working list will be to configure Linux to do IP
masquerading, so that the other computers on the LAN here will be able to
access the Internet through Linux and the cable modem. I have a HOWTO on
that around here somewhere.
