If you want to do that for an ecommerce web site, you'll for sure want at
least 128k--which means at least $600 per month if you live in Wichita.

It will no doubt be a lot cheaper to host your web site elsewhere, or even
do colocation.  Cheaper, AND you'll get more bandwidth to your web site.
