Gary,
        Yeah, Mike was going through the same thing with the same card and it 
just
so happened that I wanted to buy that very card.  I had an old Matrox w/4MB
sitting in computer and we traded.  I love mine and he loves his.  We rode
off into the sunset.  Perfect solution.  :-)
