OK, here's the trick.  You can use those document-classes with LaTeX
but not LyX.  They are designed for an older version of LaTeX, which
LyX does not support, unfortunately.

However, I have found some information on one that is designed to work 
with LyX and will try it out tomorrow and see what details I can give
you on it.
