I'm not sure what other ISPs offer, but as far as bandwidth goes,
SouthWind is one of the best (but then I work there, too).  SouthWind has
tripple connectivity--A 12mbit UUnet connection (fractional T1), 6mbit
connection to Sprint (4 T1's) and 3mbit connection to MCI (2 T1's), for a
total of 21megabits of connectivity.

WSU has a fractional T1, I believe... their bandwidth SUCKS in comparison.
(Often time, telneting from WSU to SouthWind is much slower than telneting
from my home computer (33.6kbps connection) to SouthWind, because WSU's
bandwidth is so saturated at certian times of day.

That's just my 2 cents... take it for what it's worth. :-)
