Hi Greg,

I have on my Linux box a Diamond Stealth Video Vram Card with 4 megs of
ram. I am doing 1024x768 @32bpp on X. Its great:))

You might wanna give it a consideration.

On another note, i just purchased a cheap Video card for my NT box ..its
based on s3 virge(Its called Genesis SV+ S3 virge/DX/GX2 or
something)chipset with 4 megs of ram...no hassle setup. its doing
800x600 at 1.6mil colors. Looks pretty good. Now if i only could afford
a 21" monitor that will do 1600x1200 :))

Hope this helps.

best,

Mohammed.
Hope this

Hope this
