Epoxy would work I suppose...

Just keep it really thin, and try to avoid any air gaps between the CPU
and the heat sink.  I'd bet it would work better than the clamp on
method if you kept it real thin.  You would want to get stuff that sets
in 10 min or longer, then rig up some clamp so you can get it pushed
together tight and remove all the air bubbles from the glue as you mix
it...  Keep things cool, as Epoxy cures and gives of quite a bit of
heat.

Does anybody think that CA Glue (Like Super Glue) would work too?  They
make some stuff that is thick like jelly and sets a bit slower for
building remote control aircraft..  It would be easier to keep really
thin and would not require the clamp.  (Just be sure you know that it
will set in 60 Seconds or less...And keep your fingers out of the
glue...)
