[aclug-L] HELP!!!

i'm having a bit of a crisis here...  i'm trying to get my Epson Stylus
Color 400 printer to print as well as possible, so i have recently
upgraded to ghostscript-4.03, but when i do a test (postscript) i get a
bunch of blank pages kicked out at me, occasionally w/ some funky
characters on it!  what's going on?!?!  since the printtool or whatever
doesn't list the Color 400, i am using the standard Epson Stylus Color
setting with the following gs options:

-sDEVICE=stcolor -r720x720 -dSpotSize='{1 1 1 1}'

IDEAS?!?!  i need help SOON, because this is how i print my homework!!!
