add UIs dynamically

Hi,
currently packaging GnomeUI as an addition to offlineimap (which is the
best way because of the additional deps and should be done for curses UI
as well) is not possible without:

a) having the uis pre-registered in the upstream distribution 

or

b) using the additional packages install scripts to modify the sources
of the installed offlineimap package

both solutions are ugly IMO. 

So I suggest to add the libs dynamically. How hard would it be to import
any files in offlineimap/ui/ matching a given pattern (or residing in a
special subfolder) and load and detect them dynamically?
