Oops...mea culpa. I did have the remotepass variable setup in the rc
file, but, but, but, my password mentioned there was incorrect! Which
is why offlineimap prompted me for password. :-|

Thanks John, I revisited the rc file, and found this out. Offlineimap
really rocks - now I no longer have to wait ad infinitum to login to
my IMAP mailbox from mutt!
