Already got it!  Check out folderfilter and folerincludes in the manual.

Not presently.  Some people achieve that effect, though, by using
folderfilter and setting up different accounts to sync different folders. 
It can be done and works well, but a caution: make VERY certain that no two
accounts operate on the same folder!
