Extended mailbox filters

I was wondering if there is currently support or planned future support
for extended mailbox filtering for things like:

Ignore messages over a certain size
Trim messages over a certain size (and not mess up syncing)
Ignore message attachments over a certain size
Sync just the message without the attachment
Ignore messages with attachments

And of course have these filter apply to specific mailboxes.
