[linux-help] More Info on hardware

Hey, thanks for the replies, here is some more info on my hardware.

CPU> Intel Celeron 900mhz
MEM> 128 MB
HDD> Toshiba MK1017GAP
CD-ROM> QSI CD-ROM SCR-242
DISPLAY ADAPTERS> S3 Graphics Twister Gateway (Savage)
FLOPPY DISK> STANDARD
MOUSE> Alps Pointing-device
MONITORS> Digital Flat Panel 1027x768
NETWORK ADAPTERS> Actiontec PRISM Wireless LAN USB Card and VIA VT6102 Rhine II 
Fast Ethernet Adapter
PCMCIA ADAPTERS> O2Micro OZ6912 CardBus Controller
SOUND CARD> On-Board Conexant AC-Link Audio

I think that about sums things up on my laptop. I did go to that laptop site 
Nate Bargmann mentioned, unfortuneatley they did not have my laptop. About my 
screen Horizontal and Vertical numbers, how would I find that info for a LCD 
screen, windows XP just tells me 60 Hertz refresh rate. BTW, my HDD is FAT32. I 
have reinstalled Windows a few times when trying to get linux mandrake to work.

Thanks for the input and PLEASE let me know about a linux install date!!! I do 
want linux as my main OS. I will try to get RedHat 7.3 before then. Thanks a 
bunch!
