What is NOT working on your computer?
Are you trying to get rid of a error message
or set up a driver for your card?

It's possible that your card is tulip
try inserting that driver
Check file /etc/modules.conf against
eth0 string
bindings between IP interfaces and hardware devices
are
usually there.
