Try www.intcon.net. They're an ISP that offers DSL service in Wichita for
the same price as SWBell, but they give you a single static IP address
instead of a dynamic address. And from what I hear from a friend of mine
who uses their service, they're much better to work with than SWBell (as
though that would be hard).
