Install LinuxConf 1.25r5, go to config-peripherals-printer-add/edit
printers. Should do what you need it to.

Does RedHat still have their "printtool" gui utility in 7.1?  It will let
you add a printer
and configure it separately from whatever you have now. IIRC you can send
different
types of output to the same printer, too
