It is likely that RH 6.0 will be unable to use the onboard video controller
unless you can find the EXACT video chipset used and then install the
correct driver.
In Windows 98, what adapter is listed as installed?
I am guessing from your description below that it is the intel810 chipset
and RH did not support that chipset out-of-the box until version 7.0. You
can install and use the module agpgart on earlier versions to allow Linux
to use the agp video capabilities, but it would be easier to upgrade to RH
7.0 and it will detect and use the i810 video easily.
