GREAT!!!  I'm there! : ^ )  finally at work i can use Vim's syntax
hiliting! : ^ )  the other thing i noticed w/ TeraTerm is that when on
a prompt (ie: username / passwd, write, etc) the backspace does not
function properly and sends ^H rather than backspacing over a
character...  ^<backspace> works, however...  hopefully PuTTY will fix
that too! :^)
