Ive got an alpha version of rndCiv rewritten for freeciv 2.0.99 up at...

The version labelled, 0.8.0.
The server runs it, but the client segfaults when i try and open the
science dialog. The client is freeciv-svn-Dec-27, when i tried to
run it on freeciv-svn-Jan-11, the client tried loading amplio tiles
and i couldn't figure out how to get it to load trident. Nope,
--tiles=trident didn't help.
It's been a lot of work, and im a bit worn out, so if anyone wants
to help me suss out what needs to be fixed, that would be nice.
hmmm, i just got 10 turns into a game & the server died with a floating
point exception. So it's nearly there....
