Hello,

two short questions regarding the Freeciv manuals:

- Is there somewhere a list of differences between Freeciv 2.x and Civ2? I 
  found only some older link that had no content anymore.

- The German version of the manual seems outdated, written for 1.13.0 and 
  not in Wiki format. Is nobody working on this anymore?
