[Freeciv] Beta-testers for gtk2 client for Windows XP/2000 wanted

I've made a Windows installer version of the gtk2 client for Windows.
Please try it out, it contains more features than the native windows
client which previously was the only client for windows (for example CMA).
Note that it is still quite beta version.  Bug reports wanted.

Ignore the warning which ends as follows

        1: last message repeated 301 times (total 4397 repeats)

when you start the server.

You will need to install the GTK Runtime first:

NOTE: This is only expected to work with Windows XP or Windows 2000. It
may work with NT 4. Windows 95/98/ME are unlikely to work.
