   How can i say to freeciv with locale to use?

   Freeciv has states this when i run civclient:

Gdk-WARNING **: locale not supported by Xlib, locale set to C
1: Could not open file "/home/jorneg/.civclientrc"

   Surprisingly, the civserver part does not say nothing and it finds 
the locale!!!!!!!!??????????
