[Freeciv] How to load a saved game & set isometic view?

Hi, I am new to Freeciv. I am using windows version-1.11.4. Now my question
is how to load a single player saved game? I think it should be available
by the game menu. Hope you will implement it in the future version.
If I run client, it says can't find home directory, home is not set. What
is home directory & how to set it?
And what tileset do I need to download to get isometric view? Please try to
implement all settings/options in a user friendly window which can be
accessed by game menus.
