[Freeciv] Second beta for 1.12.0 release

The Second and probably last beta for the 1.12.0 release is available at

Please help us find the last bugs so they don't make it into the 1.12.0 
release!
Especially it would be nice to know if there are still problems with 
character sets (some people used to see blank/non-updating text fields 
in the gtk client).

Unless something unexpected shows up we expect to release 1.12.0 on 
monday (August 6th).
