[Freeciv] Question : colorful messages for Freeciv

I'm going to make a patch that colors messages for Gtk+ client.

So, questions are :
- what are your favourite colours ?
- should background also be changed ?
- what message classes should we have ?
- should messages be also classified by severity ?

As a first draft, there can be positive, informative, warning
and negative messages. Informatives can be black, positive dark blue,
warning dark red and negative bright red.

Oh, these are of course default, and I will add configurability later,
but I'd like to have good defaults.
