[Freeciv] Tournament suggestions

Hey,
        A few weeks ago we were talking about the tournament and we had a poll 
about
it.  I'll try to pick up where we left off.
        We should have a PID (personal identification) in each client.  We can 
use
this for tracking and for scoring reasons.  Anyone have comments on this?
        For scoring.  I know that Paul stated that the scoring in Freeciv is 
still
kinda poor.  He said he won a game, but wasn't #1 on the point list.  If we're
going to have a winner based on points, then this is something that is going
to need to be a bit more accurate that the current system.  Does anyone have
any ideas for this?
