[Freeciv] Re: AI too hard

I don't mind having to clean up my own pollution -- I just can't stand the
multiple, massive global warmings triggered by the AI's pollution.
How about a mode where pollution inside city radii of cities owned by AI
players doesn't contribute to global warming?
