[Freeciv] HELP!!!! cannot do the make file.

Hi.

I tried to install freeciv 1.81 but when I do:

configure --with-xaw3d --x-libraries=/usr/X11R6/lib 
--x-include=/usr/X11R6/include
I get:

I don't know why this happens, I have XFree86-3.3.5 and Xwindows works just 
fine. I have a SiS6326 video card, xaw, xaw3d, xpm.
