[Freeciv] Help me to run freeciv on Silicon with IRIX 5.3 !

                Hi !
        I would like to play freeciv in work (oops, don't tell boss! :)
but here are only NT and IRIX 5.3. On NT I don't want to play (freeciv
works very slow) and on IRIX I don't know how to make it run. They don't
have GNU tools like make, gcc and I can't compile it for myself. I've
downloaded binary distribution for IRIX from http://www.freeciv.org/ but
there was four files inside with which I don't know what to do. 
        Is there anyone out there with some more knowledge of IRIX than I
have ?
