[Freeciv] Where is civscore.pl?

When running civserver:
  > explain scorelog
  scorelog: Logs players statistics every turn.  See the civscore.pl
  script in the contrib directory of the Freeciv web site for more
  information.
  scorelog is currently set to 0.
  Minimum 0, Default 0, Maximum 1

I had a good look round on http://freeciv.ultraviolet.org/ (because
of www.freeciv.org DNS problems) and I couldn't find this script
anywhere. There doesn't appear to be a contrib section on the Web
site.

I also looked on ftp://ftp.ultraviolet.org/pub/freeciv/ where there
is a contrib section, but this script isn't there.
