[Freeciv] FWNG Freeciv Website the New Generation

Hi Freeciv ppl!

Just to the few who hasnt seen the announcement on 
www.freeciv.org. 
There has begun a project called FWNG "Freeciv Website
the New Generation", wich goal is to make a new and
improved website for the freeciv community!

There's a group working on "Freeciv Website, the New Generation" (FWNG). The
