Under US law, at least, knowingly providing a link to a copyright
infringement may be contributory infringement.  This is still
unsettled, but it's probably in one's best interest not to risk it.

Microprose's graphics are covered by a copyright recognized by the
Berne convention, so the copyright has enforcement practically
everywhere, not just in the US.  Your "not from the US" argument does
not hold water.
