Great to know you're working on it!
The preferred way to give changes is to make a diff and then post that to
the mailing list, unless it's really big, in which case we can work out
other arrangements. The diff should be made against version 0.006 or
whatever is the latest at the moment.
Making a diff allows us to easily see just what changed. If you'd rather
not make a diff, making a zip or a tar.gz file would be OK too, I suppose.
Otherwise, it's sorta hard to download all the files separately.
Thanks for the effort! Lost like you've done some documentation work, too!

Is that done with the javadoc thing? I've never played with that, but if
so, it could probably be automated to place stuff up at the civclient-java
homepage.
