So you don't use SSH at all? If I follow the instructions at GNA, 
there's a need of using SSH to show your registered key as a member of 
the project. But svn+ssh doesn't work.

And if I don't use it in that way, only svn commit tells me that I don't 
have permissions on the SVN repository. I think I'm missing an account 
information to log onto the repository and hence write the changes of 
the file.

Do I need to contact freeciv people to get SVN write permissions?

Jordi, did you have SVN write permissions, or you just sent RT diffs ?
