Well, here I am again!

I already red the documentation and it's not so difficult to use the .po 
and gettext, actually it seems so easy.

So, I want to ask if I can get an account on the SVN server to start 
with the commits of Spanish, or do I need to report to the 
bugs@xxxxxxxxxxx first and then, they'll give me the account?
