  We currently have

  - Horse vs Pikemen -> Pikemen defense doubled
  - Air vs Heli -> Heli firepower = 1
  - Air vs AEGIS -> AEGIS defense quintuple

  Do we really need three different rules for situations where one unit
type is especially good against other?

  I'd like to generalize this by giving unit_type a list of unit_classes
it's good against. But I don't want three separate lists.
